Y4 Three Roman Cities

This week we looked at three of the Roman cities that we are covering in our Topic this term and we especially chose Bath because its Roman name was Aqaue Sulis due to its hot springs, and this is linked to our aqueduct 3D project which also involved ‘aqua’ (water). We created algorithms for each city link to say the name of the city and one additional fact using text-to-speech coding blocks. We also made our ‘tour guide’ say some extra facts which we have been learning, taken from the classroom display boards and our Topic books.
